Annex No. 1 – Fee Schedule
to the Antarctic Wallet Platform Terms of Use

1. General Provisions
1.1. This Fee Schedule constitutes Annex No. 1 to the Antarctic Wallet Platform Terms of Use (the “Offer”) and forms an integral part thereof. Terms are used as defined in the Offer.
1.2. The amounts of the Company’s fees for the types listed in Section 2, as well as the minimum and maximum transaction amounts, are displayed in the Platform interface before an Order is confirmed and may be posted in the relevant sections of the Company’s website https://antarcticwallet.com. Information on fee amounts displayed in the Platform interface and on the Company’s website forms part of this Annex. In the event of any discrepancy, the information displayed in the Platform interface when the Order is confirmed applies.
1.3. The Company’s fee is set as a percentage of the transaction amount, as a fixed amount, as a spread over quotes from external sources, or as a combination of these methods. The currency of a fixed fee is specified in the Platform interface.
1.4. The Company’s fees are withheld in accordance with clause 11.4 of the Offer. The total cost of a transaction and the amount to be received by the User are displayed in the Platform interface before the Order is confirmed. The transaction is subject to the fee amount displayed when the Order is confirmed and stated in the confirmation sent in accordance with clause 8.3 of the Offer.
1.5. The Fee Schedule does not include blockchain network fees, charges of Issuers, Service Providers, banks and payment systems, or amounts withheld by payment recipients. Such amounts are withheld at their actual cost and are displayed in the Platform interface before the Order is confirmed; the Company is not their recipient and does not refund them (clause 11.1 of the Offer).
1.6. The amounts of the Company’s fees are changed in accordance with clause 11.3 of the Offer. Transaction limits are displayed in the Platform interface and on the relevant pages of the Company’s website and are changed in accordance with clause 11.5 of the Offer.

2. Types of Company Fees
2.1. The Company may charge fees for the following transactions and services: (i) the purchase of Virtual Assets for money; (ii) the sale of Virtual Assets for money, including for payments with the Antarctic Card; (iii) the exchange of Virtual Assets of one type for another; (iv) the withdrawal of money, depending on the withdrawal method; (v) the crediting of Virtual Assets to the Balance; (vi) the withdrawal of Supported Assets to an external address (clause 7.7 of the Offer); (vii) QR code payments and top-ups of third-party services (clause 9.6 of the Offer); (viii) ordering a Third-Party Issuer Card (clause 9.4 of the Offer); (ix) the provision of a Screening Report (clause 9.8 of the Offer); (x) the execution of a Reassignment Request (clause 13.13 of the Offer).
2.2. The Quote is determined by the Company in accordance with clause 11.2 of the Offer and includes a spread. The spread may vary depending on the type of Virtual Asset, the transaction amount, liquidity and volatility. The Quote including the spread is displayed in the Platform interface before the Order is confirmed.
2.3. If the fee for a type of transaction or service is not displayed in the Platform interface before the Order is confirmed, no Company fee is charged for it.
2.2. The Quote is determined by the Company in accordance with clause 11.2 of the Offer and includes a spread. The spread may vary depending on the type of Virtual Asset, the transaction amount, liquidity and volatility. The Quote including the spread is displayed in the Platform interface before the Order is confirmed.
2.3. If the fee for a type of transaction or service is not displayed in the Platform interface before the Order is confirmed, no Company fee is charged for it.
3. Issuer Charges
3.1. Charges for the issuance, servicing, delivery and reissuance of the Antarctic Card, conversion charges for transactions in a currency other than the currency of the Antarctic Card, and the cost and face value of a Third-Party Issuer Card are not part of the Company’s Fee Schedule; they are set by the Issuer or a Service Provider engaged by it and are communicated to the User upon ordering (clauses 9.3 and 9.4 of the Offer).
3.2. The Company does not charge its own fee for the issuance and servicing of the Antarctic Card. The amounts referred to in clause 3.1 are not refunded by the Company.

4. Return Costs
4.1. Upon a return of Virtual Assets in the cases provided for in clause 8.4 of the Offer, the Company’s actual costs are withheld, including the blockchain network fee and the cost of the checks performed. The amount of costs withheld is shown in the transaction history.
5. Miscellaneous
5.1. The Company may reduce fee amounts for all Users or for categories of Users determined by objective criteria published on the Company’s website or in the Platform interface, including by transaction volume. Such changes take effect upon posting.
5.2. Taxes payable by the User in connection with the transactions it carries out are neither calculated nor withheld by the Company (clause 11.6 of the Offer).
